Upton to give Weekly Republican Address on ‘all-of-the-above’ energy policy

Congressman Fred Upton will give the Weekly Republican Address on Saturday. Upton said he will talk about the next steps the house will take in an “all-of-the-above” energy strategy — which includes shipping oil from Canada via the Keystone XL pipeline.
Several of the bills have been blocked in the Democratic-controlled Senate.
